Therapy for People Who Feel Stuck - Even After Trying to Understand Themselves
Therapy for People Who’ve Tried “Just Talking” and Still Feel Stuck
Gentle, trauma-informed therapy using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches to help your nervous system feel safe, not just understood.
Limited openings for a short period - start with a short intro video
You might be here because…
You understand why you feel this way - but nothing is changing
Talking helps intellectually, but your body still feels on edge
You feel overwhelmed, numb, reactive, or shut down
You’re tired of “coping” and want real relief
You want therapy that goes deeper - without being re-traumatizing
If any of this resonates, you’re not broken - your nervous system is protecting you.
✨ Hi, I’m Daiana Chapman (AMFT #153249), practicing under the guidance of Beverly G. Fuentes (LMFT #106356)
🌱 My work is a holistic practice, grounded in IFS and somatic approaches that honor the wisdom of both body and mind
✨ I support teens, adults, couples, and families (ages 13–65) as they navigate life’s storms and seasons, including:
Anxiety, stress & overwhelm
Trauma, including generational experiences
Phobias
Life transitions in relationships, family, or career
Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, sensory differences)
Parents & families seeking more ease and connection
🌿 Many of the people I work with carry significant responsibilities, showing up for others and holding everything together on the outside, while inside they feel weighed down by worry, stress, or unresolved pain.
🌀 If you’ve tried talk therapy and still feel stuck…this is a place for support, safety, and gentle guidance
🫧 Together, we’ll explore how thoughts, emotions, and past experiences live in the body, and how, with awareness and care, healing and lasting change can grow.
🌱 Healing comes from navigating life’s storms with resilience, flexibility, and self-awareness.
Discover relief that feels different, not just talked about
To ensure high-quality care, I intentionally keep a small caseload. I currently have a limited number of openings for clients interested in IFS and Somatic therapy.
Once these spaces are filled, I maintain a waitlist until availability opens again.
Who This Space Is For
💫 I work with individuals who give so much of themselves to others, such as parents, caregivers, professionals, or teens striving to meet expectations, yet often feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside.
🌿 I support:
Those carrying the weight of trauma or painful past experiences
Teens and adults who feel stuck, lost, or overwhelmed
Parents and families want more connection and ease
Individuals navigating big life changes in relationships, career, or identity
🫶 Together, we slow down and create a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. My support is about helping you reconnect with yourself, lighten what feels heavy, and build the confidence and resilience to move forward in a way that feels authentic and whole.
Mind-Body Connection
🌿 This isn’t about fixing you - it’s about creating safety
Many forms of therapy focus on insight and analysis. While helpful, they don’t always reach the parts of you that are holding stress, fear, or old survival patterns.
My work integrates body-based awareness and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently help your system slow down, feel safer, and reorganize from the inside out at your pace.
My therapy takes a mind–body approach to care, honoring both your emotions and your 🧠 nervous system.
I integrate evidence-informed and compassionate practices, including:
Somatic Experiencing (SE): healing through the body’s wisdom
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): nurturing safe, connected relationships
Polyvagal Theory: supporting nervous system regulation & resilience
Internal Family Systems (IFS): bringing curiosity & care to all parts of you
Mindfulness practices: cultivating presence, balance, & self-awareness
✨ Together, we’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface, supporting your whole self with curiosity and compassion.
This is a space to reconnect, find balance, and grow at your own pace.
