Curious? Start Here

  • Before we meet, you’ll fill out a few short questionnaires at your own pace. This gives me a sense of what you’ve been experiencing.

Our first session is a gentle, no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin building a sense of trust and support at your pace.

We’ll gently explore what’s been coming up for you, including how it may be showing up in your body, and begin noticing different parts of your experience with curiosity and care.

We’ll also talk about what you’re hoping for and begin shaping goals together in a way that feels manageable.

You’ll have space to pause, reflect, and share as much or as little as feels right. We’ll go at a pace that supports you feeling more settled and connected as we begin.

  • Yes! I work with neurodivergent individuals ages 9 to 65, as well as families and parents seeking guidance.

  • I specialize in trauma, generational trauma, life transitions, parenting struggles, neurodivergence, and relationship challenges.

  • My work is mind-body based. I use Somatic Experiencing®, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, EFT, and mindfulness to support healing on both emotional and nervous system levels.

  • That’s okay. Many people come to therapy unsure where to begin. We’ll explore it together at your pace.

  • Everyone’s journey is different. Some clients come for short-term support, while others benefit from longer, ongoing work. We’ll check in regularly about your goals and progress.

  • Yes, everything you share is private. However, there are a few legal exceptions in California:
    – If there’s a risk of serious harm to yourself or others
    – If there’s suspected child, elder, or dependent adult abuse
    – If a court orders the release of records

I’ll always explain these limits clearly and answer any questions you may have.

  • At this moment, I only offer online sessions for clients in all of California

  • At this time, I am only accepting clients on a private-pay basis, meaning sessions are paid out-of-pocket rather than billed through insurance.

Working outside of insurance allows us to prioritize your care in a more personalized and flexible way. It also supports greater confidentiality and gives us the freedom to focus on what feels most meaningful to us, without the limitations or requirements often set by insurance providers.

    • Sliding Scale: Reduced-rate sessions are available for individuals navigating financial transitions or other life circumstances. These spaces are limited and offered thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.

    • Superbill: Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies, so I encourage you to check directly with your provider to understand your benefits better.

  • Please reach out to me through my Contact Form or calendar to schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation. We’ll go from there.
