Cancellations

Good Faith Estimate

Life happens, and sometimes schedules shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as you can. I kindly ask for at least a 24-hour notice so I can offer that time to someone else who may be waiting.

Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice or missed sessions without notice will be charged the full session fee.

To reserve your first appointment, a credit card is required and may be used in the event of a late cancellation or missed session.

Thank you for understanding and honoring this shared time.

Self-pay clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. This estimate outlines the expected cost of psychotherapy services based on the number of sessions, your individual needs, and the type of services provided.

By law, if you are paying out of pocket, you have the right to receive a written estimate at least one business day before your scheduled appointment. If your final bill exceeds the estimate by $400 or more, you may dispute the charges. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 877-696-6775.
