Insurances, Fees & Services

At this time, I am only accepting clients on a private-pay basis, meaning sessions are paid out-of-pocket rather than billed through insurance.
Working outside of insurance allows us to prioritize your care in a more personalized and flexible way. It also supports greater confidentiality and gives us the freedom to focus on what feels most meaningful to us, without the limitations or requirements often set by insurance providers.
Sliding Scale: Reduced-rate sessions are available for individuals navigating financial transitions or other life circumstances. These spaces are limited and offered thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.
Superbill: Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies, so I encourage you to check directly with your provider to understand your benefits better.

My fees reflect the care, presence, and preparation that go into each session. I offer therapy that is intentional, trauma-informed, and attuned to both emotional and nervous system needs. Session lengths are designed to support different depths of work from focused check-ins to more spacious, integrative processing. I aim to balance accessibility with sustainability, so I can offer consistent, thoughtful care while maintaining a limited caseload that allows me to show up fully for each client.
Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation call so we can explore whether this feels like the right space for you. I intentionally work with a limited number of clients to ensure consistency and quality of care. When my schedule is full, I’m happy to offer a waitlist.

Life happens, and sometimes schedules shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as you can. I kindly ask for at least a 24-hour notice so I can offer that time to someone else who may be waiting.
Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice or missed sessions without notice will be charged the full session fee.
To reserve your first appointment, a credit card is required and may be used in the event of a late cancellation or missed session.
Thank you for understanding and honoring this shared time.

Self-pay clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. This estimate outlines the expected cost of psychotherapy services based on the number of sessions, your individual needs, and the type of services provided.
By law, if you are paying out of pocket, you have the right to receive a written estimate at least one business day before your scheduled appointment. If your final bill exceeds the estimate by $400 or more, you may dispute the charges. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 877-696-6775.
