    • 60-minute session – $220
      Designed for couples seeking support with communication, conflict resolution, and strengthening their relationship.

    • Ground & Grow Outdoors Sessions, – $180 (60 minutes)
      Sessions are held outdoors, combining therapy with the calming benefits of nature. A supportive way to connect mind and body while exploring personal growth.

  • Reduced-rate sessions are available for those who cannot afford the full fee. These spots are limited and offered on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you’re using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill upon request for reimbursement.

Honoring Our Time Together

  • Life happens, and sometimes schedules shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as you can. I kindly ask for at least a 24-hour notice so I can offer that time to someone else who may be waiting.

    Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice or missed sessions without notice will be charged the full session fee.

    To reserve your first appointment, a credit card is required and may be used in the event of a late cancellation or missed session.

  • Self-pay clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. This estimate outlines the expected cost of psychotherapy services based on the number of sessions, your individual needs, and the type of services provided.

    ​By law, if you are paying out of pocket, you have the right to receive a written estimate at least one business day before your scheduled appointment.
