I offer a compassionate, body-mind approach that honors both your unique story and your nervous system. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change, this is a safe and welcoming space where all parts of you belong.

Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you, gently tending to what matters most. With care and curiosity, we’ll create space for healing, resilience, and a deeper connection both within yourself and with those around you. 🌿

Here are my specialties:

  • Trauma isn’t just something that happened in the past; it’s something your body and nervous system remember, often long after the event. It may show up as tension, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Together, we’ll create a safe space to gently listen to your body’s signals, regulate your nervous system, and move from survival toward grounded presence.

    You don’t have to carry this alone. Together, we’ll create space for your story to be met with compassion and for healing to gently unfold.

  • Some of the pain we carry doesn’t start with us. Generational trauma is often passed down silently through behaviors, beliefs, and emotional patterns held not only in families but also in our bodies. We’ll work together to notice these inherited imprints, shift what no longer serves you, and begin to rewrite your narrative with intention and care.

    Together, we’ll create space to pause, listen to your body, and gently reshape the patterns that no longer serve you so you can move forward with greater ease, resilience, and choice.

  • Phobias are strong fears that feel very real in the body, even when the mind knows you're safe. Whether it’s needles, flying, or something else, your nervous system is trying to protect you.

    Together, we’ll gently work with your body and mind to restore a sense of safety, at your pace, with care and compassion.

    You don’t have to avoid what scares you forever. I am here to support you, with safety and compassion, and together you will experience that change is possible.

  • Anxiety can feel like your mind is racing while your body braces for danger, even when nothing obvious is wrong. You might feel tense, on edge, or like you can never fully relax. We’ll use body-based tools and mindful awareness to help you feel more anchored, calm your nervous system, and shift from overwhelm to inner steadiness.

    You don’t have to live in fight or flight. Together, we will explore your body’s responses and learn what safety feels like again.

  • Being neurodivergent means your brain processes the world differently, and beautifully. But living in a world designed for sameness can be exhausting. You may feel overstimulated, misunderstood, or pressured to mask who you truly are. Our work together will honor your nervous system’s rhythms, help you tune into your needs, and support you in embracing your natural way of being.
    You are not broken. You are wired for a different kind of brilliance, and it deserves to be seen, honored, and supported. I’ll walk alongside you as we nurture that brilliance together.

  • Transitions, whether chosen or unexpected, can leave us feeling disoriented, anxious, or untethered. Your body might feel heavy, restless, or out of sync as you move through change. In our work, we’ll explore these shifts through both mind and body, allowing you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, rebuild your sense of identity, and move forward with clarity and intention.
